I highly recommend this company. Let me explain. They were so patient with me and provided the utmost professional assessment. From the professionalism to their honesty in what needed to be done. I am so glad I found them. I had a roof that needed to be replaced due to a storm plus the previous installation was a botched job. This job turned out to be more than anticipated. Casey was very professional and helpful. I had a leak from my roof on my bathroom ceiling. I was grateful that my appointment was scheduled promptly and I did not have to wait weeks. I was concerned about mold. I had other companies out, that looked from the ground and said let’s just wait and see…we have alot of rain recently…. Charlie from Storm Ready Exteriors presented on time. He listened to my concerns, grabbed his ladder and went on the roof. He found the problem, fixed the loose roof cap and was on his way! Since it was such a minor issue, they didn’t even charge me!!! Who does that now a days??? I highly recommend this family business. They are honest and fair and treat their customers like family! I could see some damage on my roof from years of abuse so I contacted Storm Ready Exteriors for an inspection. They found a ton of hail damage and missing several shingles from my 20 year old roof. They worked closely with my insurance company to replace my roof and gutters. All work was done in a timely professional manner and with quality workmanship. The staff are all friendly and very easy to work with and speak too. They responded to all my thoughts, questions and concerns and I couldn't be happier with the final product they gave me. Robert and Casey are absolutely incredible. As a first time homeowner, when my roof started leaking in early spring I was completely lost. Casey was highly capable in assisting me in making my insurance claim while Robert was skilled, knowledgeable and diligent enough to not only note, but physically mark, and make himself available to identify the indicators of storm damage to my insurance adjuster at the time of his visit. In the end, through no knowledge or understanding of my own, my $1,000.00 roof repair over my daughters bathroom turned into an entire, beautiful, brand new roof for our home. Robert and his team are not only knowledgeable, skilled, and communicative- but clearly place high pride in their work, treating our home as if it were their own, or that of one they love- as well as highly personable, consulting and advising on additional concerns I had on unrelated aspects (i.e. landscaping) as they worked and even recommending and reaching out to other contractors/companies to address those concerns. Storm Ready Exteriors has made lifetime customers in me and my family. Furthermore, as locals, their team is welcome in our home anytime- be it for dinner, a holiday get together, or a drink. Since buying, I’ve already had a few nightmares in the realm of updating, up keeping, and making this house into a home for our family. We reached out to Storm Ready because we suspected there was a leak coming from our roof. From the very first call, the experience was excellent. Casey answered the phone and was incredibly personable and understanding about our situation and how quickly we were hoping to get it resolved. I highly recommend Storm Ready Exteriors. I've never submitted a homeowner's claim and was hesitant, but they walked me through the entire process. They contacted the insurance company and came when the estimator was there to make sure they didn't miss anything. I told them I didn't want to be out of pocket for anything other than the deductible and a few days later I had a beautiful new roof and couldn't be happier. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We had two skylights that were leaking into our attic and bathrooms below. Charlie and his team came out to inspect it within 48 hours of our initial call to the office. They provided a reasonably priced quote and were able to expedite the repairs for us so that we weren't waiting weeks (during the summer with afternoon storms) for the repair. The fact that they were able to complete the repairs so quickly probably saved us a few thousand dollars in avoided interior repairs. I highly recommend this group, and Charlie was awesome!

Casey was highly capable in assisting me in making my insurance claim while Robert was skilled, knowledgeable and diligent enough to not only note, but physically mark, and make himself available to identify the indicators of storm damage to my insurance adjuster at the time of his visit. In the end, through no knowledge or understanding of my own, my $1,000.00 roof repair over my daughters bathroom turned into an entire, beautiful, brand new roof for our home. Robert and his team are not only knowledgeable, skilled, and communicative- but clearly place high pride in their work, treating our home as if it were their own, or that of one they love- as well as highly personable, consulting and advising on additional concerns I had on unrelated aspects (i.e. landscaping) as they worked and even recommending and reaching out to other contractors/companies to address those concerns.
