I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and thoroughness with which Casey handled my roof replacement from beginning to end. Both she and her husband, Robert, know this business, and inspired confidence that I would get a high-quality roof replacement. They took the time to explain everything to me very clearly so I understood all the costs, and they stayed within the budget I got from my insurance company. There were no surprises, and they are very pleasant and honest people to work with. They offered me the opportunity to review multiple shingles from different companies and I selected Tamko shingles as the right choice for my home. Robert oversaw the installation process and provided quality control, and his installers did a great job. Casey was very good at either calling or texting me with scheduling updates (as did Robert) and they were excellent with follow-up calls to ensure final inspections of work were accomplished to my satisfaction. Scheduling was done based upon weather and what was most convenient for me. Their staff did an excellent job cleaning up the worksite daily. I also chose to have them replace my gutters and they did a great job, were competitive on the pricing, and my house now handles the stormy weather with no issues, and looks great! This is a local, small, family-run business that does excellent work and prides themselves on the reputation they have earned for honesty, integrity, and great work. I was very glad I chose them for my roof and gutter replacement, I highly recommend them, and would not hesitate to call upon them for other work in the future.
