Robert and Casey are absolutely incredible. As a first time homeowner, when my roof started leaking in early spring I was completely lost. Casey was highly capable in assisting me in making my insurance claim while Robert was skilled, knowledgeable and diligent enough to not only note, but physically mark, and make himself available to identify the indicators of storm damage to my insurance adjuster at the time of his visit. In the end, through no knowledge or understanding of my own, my $1,000.00 roof repair over my daughters bathroom turned into an entire, beautiful, brand new roof for our home. Robert and his team are not only knowledgeable, skilled, and communicative- but clearly place high pride in their work, treating our home as if it were their own, or that of one they love- as well as highly personable, consulting and advising on additional concerns I had on unrelated aspects (i.e. landscaping) as they worked and even recommending and reaching out to other contractors/companies to address those concerns. Storm Ready Exteriors has made lifetime customers in me and my family. Furthermore, as locals, their team is welcome in our home anytime- be it for dinner, a holiday get together, or a drink. Since buying, I’ve already had a few nightmares in the realm of updating, up keeping, and making this house into a home for our family. I am beyond thankful for Storm Ready and would recommend them to anyone I know!

Robert and his team did a phenomenal job at installing and replacing my roof and gutters and did some siding repairs as well. If you think you have ANY storm damage and are looking to file a claim with your insurance company, call these guys first. They will give you a timely inspection and help you through the claim process, and will even walk around with the insurance adjuster to adequately show the scope of work that will need to be done. I am completely satisfied with the end result. Good job guys!

Robert and Casey are amazing to work with! Their crew is also the hardest working crew I’ve ever met in my life and all of them were so sweet and respectful. They’re all so responsive and they both went above and beyond for my husband and I. We had a whole new roof and gutters installed plus they did siding repair on our garage. It looks like a whole new house and we couldn’t be more thankful. If you’re looking for exterior repairs I can’t recommend them enough.

Great guy, came out early afternoon looked at the roof problem told us what needed to be done ( we had a roof ridge section that was missing) he picked up supplies and came back fixed the problem all before dusk. Fair price, can't ask for more. We will have him do any future roof or siding work. 10 stars

I went out this morning to shovel the 6 inches of snow we had overnight...probably not a great idea since I'm in my 70s with health issues. And there was Charlie from Storm Ready asking if I needed his help. Boy, you betcha. And his price was well below what a company had charged last time. With such friendly and helpful service I will keep this company in mind for our renovation needs.

Casey was very professional and helpful. I had a leak from my roof on my bathroom ceiling. I was grateful that my appointment was scheduled promptly and I did not have to wait weeks. I was concerned about mold. I had other companies out, that looked from the ground and said let’s just wait and see…we have alot of rain recently…. Charlie from Storm Ready Exteriors presented on time. He listened to my concerns, grabbed his ladder and went on the roof. He found the problem, fixed the loose roof cap and was on his way! I highly recommend Storm Ready Exteriors. I've never submitted a homeowner's claim and was hesitant, but they walked me through the entire process. They contacted the insurance company and came when the estimator was there to make sure they didn't miss anything. I told them I didn't want to be out of pocket for anything other than the deductible and a few days later I had a beautiful new roof and couldn't be happier. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I will definitely call them again when I'm ready to upgrade my gutters.

Storm Ready was actually working on my neighbor's roof when I asked Charley to take a look at a problem with my gable grate. He was kind enough to assess the solution, provide a reasonable quote and fit me in that day for repair. Although it was a minor fix, I truly appreciated the responsiveness and quick service.

We had two skylights that were leaking into our attic and bathrooms below. Charlie and his team came out to inspect it within 48 hours of our initial call to the office. They provided a reasonably priced quote and were able to expedite the repairs for us so that we weren't waiting weeks (during the summer with afternoon storms) for the repair. The fact that they were able to complete the repairs so quickly probably saved us a few thousand dollars in avoided interior repairs. I highly recommend this group, and Charlie was awesome!
