We had two skylights that were leaking into our attic and bathrooms below. Charlie and his team came out to inspect it within 48 hours of our initial call to the office. They provided a reasonably priced quote and were able to expedite the repairs for us so that we weren't waiting weeks (during the summer with afternoon storms) for the repair. The fact that they were able to complete the repairs so quickly probably saved us a few thousand dollars in avoided interior repairs. I highly recommend this group, and Charlie was awesome!

Storm Ready was actually working on my neighbor's roof when I asked Charley to take a look at a problem with my gable grate. He was kind enough to assess the solution, provide a reasonable quote and fit me in that day for repair. Although it was a minor fix, I truly appreciated the responsiveness and quick service.

I was really satisfied with everything Casey did for me as far as answering all my questions regarding my insurance claim. Going back and forth with the insurance would have been a hassle if it wasn’t for Casey and her team making it very easy for me!

The work was done timely, and the work site was clean. The change in gutters, the recommendation to wrap them in metal, and Jordan’s remaining on the work site, really put my mind at ease. They contacted the insurance company and came when the estimator was there to make sure they didn't miss anything.
