Casey explained the insurance process over the phone very well when i called in to get more details about all my questions i had. I’m glad i called i got the reassurance i needed to go ahead with the process!

Robert and his team did a phenomenal job at installing and replacing my roof and gutters and did some siding repairs as well. If you think you have ANY storm damage and are looking to file a claim with your insurance company, call these guys first. They will give you a timely inspection and help you through the claim process, and will even walk around with the insurance adjuster to adequately show the scope of work that will need to be done. I am so glad I found them. I had a roof that needed to be replaced due to a storm plus the previous installation was a botched job. This job turned out to be more than anticipated. Robert and Casey are absolutely incredible. As a first time homeowner, when my roof started leaking in early spring I was completely lost. Casey was highly capable in assisting me in making my insurance claim while Robert was skilled, knowledgeable and diligent enough to not only note, but physically mark, and make himself available to identify the indicators of storm damage to my insurance adjuster at the time of his visit. In the end, through no knowledge or understanding of my own, my $1,000.00 roof repair over my daughters bathroom turned into an entire, beautiful, brand new roof for our home. We had two skylights that were leaking into our attic and bathrooms below. Charlie and his team came out to inspect it within 48 hours of our initial call to the office. They provided a reasonably priced quote and were able to expedite the repairs for us so that we weren't waiting weeks (during the summer with afternoon storms) for the repair. The fact that they were able to complete the repairs so quickly probably saved us a few thousand dollars in avoided interior repairs. I highly recommend this group, and Charlie was awesome!

I highly recommend Storm Ready Exteriors. I've never submitted a homeowner's claim and was hesitant, but they walked me through the entire process. They contacted the insurance company and came when the estimator was there to make sure they didn't miss anything. I told them I didn't want to be out of pocket for anything other than the deductible and a few days later I had a beautiful new roof and couldn't be happier. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I will definitely call them again when I'm ready to upgrade my gutters.

I was concerned about mold. I had other companies out, that looked from the ground and said let’s just wait and see…we have alot of rain recently…. Charlie from Storm Ready Exteriors presented on time. He listened to my concerns, grabbed his ladder and went on the roof. He found the problem, fixed the loose roof cap and was on his way!
